With so many sunny days here in Naples you will be spending a lot of time outdoors.  The home includes several outdoor seating and lounging areas with comfortable outdoor furniture.  You can find a perfect spot to work on your tan or take a nap in the shade.  The lanai area is covered and offers a shaded area with seating and a dining table.

Rooms

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Bedroom One has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom that has access directly to the lanai.  Bedroom Two is on the same side of the house and has two full beds and is adjacent to the second bathroom.  The main space of the home includes the living and dining area with an adjacent kitchen.  The main area has a wall of sliding glass doors that makes the space feel open and brings in plenty of natural light.  Bedroom Three is just off the kitchen and has a king bed and a bunk bed that children just love.

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are spacious and impeccably clean. Both have stand-up showers.  No bathtubs.  Bathrooms come stocked with towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Sleeping

Bedroom One has a king bed. Bedroom Two is on the same side of the house and has two full beds. Bedroom Three is on the opposite side of the house just off the kitchen and has a king bed and a bunk bed that children just love.

The two closest airports are:

• Regional Southwest International Airport  in Fort Myers is 25 miles away is serviced by most major airlines
• Naples Airport is 11 miles away and is a private airport serviced by  private charters
