With so many sunny days here in Naples you will be sending a lot of time outdoors.  The home includes several outdoor seating, dining, and lounging areas with comfortable outdoor furniture.  You can find a perfect spot to work on your tan or take a nap in the shade.

Parking

Guest parking is free.  The driveway can accommodate four average-sized vehicles.

Heated Pool

Heated pool at no extra cost.  Guests may adjust the temperature for their comfort.

Hot Tub

Relax in the jetted outdoor hot tub.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen with:

This home is air-conditioned.  Guests may adjust the temperature for their comfort.

Laundry

The home has a washer and dryer available for guest use and laundry detergent is included.

Rooms

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Bedroom One has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.  Bedroom Two is on the opposite side of the house and has a King Bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom.  Bedroom Three is adjacent to the second bathroom and has a full over full bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed which kids just love. The main space of the home includes three living areas and a dining area with an adjacent kitchen.  The main area has a wall of glass sliding doors that make the space feel open and brings in plenty of natural light.

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are spacious and impeccably clean. Bathroom One has a standup shower. Bathroom Two has a tub shower and has access directly to the pool area.  Bathrooms come stocked with towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Sleeping

Bedroom One has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.  Bedroom Two is on the opposite side of the house and has two full beds and is adjacent to the second bathroom.  Bedroom Three is adjacent to the second bathroom and has a twin bed and a bunk bed which kids just love.  There is a queen sleeper sofa in one of the living areas.
